Suzanne Wang is currently the Vice President of Asia Finance for Informa Markets, a FSTE 100 company, where she leads the Asia finance function with regional coverage. Before joining Informa Markets, Suzanne was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Investments of Shanghai Yiguo E-Commerce Co. Ltd and President of Yiguo Hong Kong. She was responsible for managing the corporate finance and investments team as well as managing investment portfolios and overseas IPO preparation. Suzanne also spent 14 years as Vice President of Corporate Development and Investments at leading business-to-business sourcing media company Global Sources Ltd. She oversaw all corporate development, strategic investments, and integration management. She was instrumental in building and rapidly growing the company’s domestic China footprint.

Suzanne holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where she was elected class representative in 2015. She earned a Master of Finance degree with Honor (Beta Gamma Sigma) from Saint Louis University in the United States in 2000. She is a CFA charter holder since 2003.
